Coaching Plans

Your first step is to contact me for a FREE 30 minute sample coaching session. We'll talk about what you would like to work on in your life, and basically size up whether or not you and I click and can work together. How coachable are you? Take the Coachability Quiz below to find out! If we aren't a good match, I'll happily refer you to other great coaches I know.

As my one-on-one coaching client, we would talk by telephone once a week for 30-45 minutes. Before each call, you will email me a Coaching Prep Form highlighting your accomplishments for the week, and what you would like to focus on in the coming week. You may also contact me outside of our sessions (via email or 5-10 minute "quick" calls) for advice on any situations that happen to come up. I currently offer four coaching options which vary in their level of support. Choose the one that best suits your needs. SINGLE COACHING SESSION: $110. One telephone session, 45-60 minutes and email follow up. Click here to purchase.

THE BASIC PACKAGE: $225.00 a month. Includes two 60 minute telephone sessions per month and unlimited e-mail access. Click here to purchase.

THE PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE: $350.00 a month. Includes three 60 minute phone sessions, original workbook materials (including personal foundation exercises) and unlimited e-mail access. Click here to purchase.

THE EXECUTIVE PACKAGE: $500.00 a month. Includes two 90 minute telephone sessions and one 60 minute in-person, original workbook materials, customized action plans created specifically for the client, daily inspirational e-mail notes, unlimited e-mail access and unlimited 10-minute "emergency" calls. (In person sessions are for those who live in the Tri-State area of New York/New Jersey/Connecticut, for those who live elsewhere, package would include two additional sessions a month). When a referred client signs up for The Basic Package you would receive a 10% discount, 30% for a The Professional Package and 50% for an Executive referral.
